Kru Vincent is hands down the best coach I’ve ever had in my 20 plus years of sports and martial arts. His knowledge far exceeds just Muay Thai, whether it’s sports, fitness, recovery, rehabbing injury, nutrition, or just advance in life, it’s second to none. Over the past 12 going on 13 years I’ve trained with Kru Vincent, I’m proud to say he’s become more like a father to me, rather than just a coach. With 13 fights, Kru Vincent has been in the corner with me throughout them all, ranging from Texas, Oklahoma, all the way to National’s in Des Moines, Iowa. The gym has a great atmosphere, and I’ve made life long friends with countless people through Alpha 8! Every coach you meet through there is highly skilled and knowledgeable, Kru Jenny, coach Delvin, Noah, Connor and Tina, are great and you can tell they all genuinely care.

Fantastic gym. Whether you’re a complete beginner to any martial arts or you’ve been training for years, this gym will make you feel welcomed from the first day you walk in. Every coach is super collaborative and cares about your growth. If you’re looking for casual growth and a family environment, you will get it. A great place to refine skills and meet awesome people. I’ve been training at Alpha 8 for just under a year now and not only have I learned and grown so much as a fighter, but I’ve found a family outside of my family.

Been training at Alpha 8 for the past 3 years. There's nothing but positive things for me to say, Alpha 8 has been a family from day 1 from Kru V and Kru Jenny, to all the friends that I will definitely have for the rest of my life. They have helped me get into the best shape of my life, not just physical but mentally. No matter how difficult it may have been (which I'm sure it was😅) they never stopped helping me in becoming the fighter and person I am today! I wouldn't trade my time at Alpha 8 for anything else

My son has been attending this gym for a year now, and it’s truly been life-changing for him. Coach Jenny has helped him come out of his shell in ways I never expected. As a child on the spectrum, finding a place where he feels understood, supported, and celebrated has meant so much. The coaches encourage eye contact, acknowledgment, respect, and guide him through multi-step techniques with incredible patience and care.

When he first started, he couldn’t even jump rope—now he’s a total pro. Watching him light up with pride, grow in confidence, and let his personality shine has been such a blessing to witness.

I've been coming to this gym since May 2023 and I cannot say enough good things about it. The coaches are all very helpful and engaging, there are members of all skill levels, every class is a killer workout. If you are interested in Muay Thai at all, you should definitely check it out.
