My son has been attending this gym for a year now, and it’s truly been life-changing for him. Coach Jenny has helped him come out of his shell in ways I never expected. As a child on the spectrum, finding a place where he feels understood, supported, and celebrated has meant so much. The coaches encourage eye contact, acknowledgment, respect, and guide him through multi-step techniques with incredible patience and care.

When he first started, he couldn’t even jump rope—now he’s a total pro. Watching him light up with pride, grow in confidence, and let his personality shine has been such a blessing to witness.

I've been coming to this gym since May 2023 and I cannot say enough good things about it. The coaches are all very helpful and engaging, there are members of all skill levels, every class is a killer workout. If you are interested in Muay Thai at all, you should definitely check it out.
